Community Action Team (verb): a team of helping professionals, resilience trainers, and change-making community leaders who come together to identify and resolve quality of life challenges to best support the wellness of our community and ensure a mission-ready force.
This isn’t just another nonprofit -
It’s a promise.
A promise to stand behind our local heroes: the Florida Air National Guard’s [FANG] Airmen and the families who support them every day.

Our mission is to strengthen the bonds of our FANG FAMILIES by creating opportunities to build meaningful connections, increase knowledge and access to essential resources, and support morale-boosting initiatives that reduce risk factors, strengthen resilience, and ensure no Airman or family stands alone!
